As an artist, I’m fascinated by the dynamic interplay between light, perspective, and spatial dimensions. My work explores the boundaries between two and three-dimensional space, seeking to create immersive experiences that amuse and delight.
I had the opportunity to display my installation, Laser Lattice, as part of Smash Putt, an exhibit of playable, artisanal, mini-golf holes.
In this installation, I aimed to push the limits of spatial manipulation by designing a mini-golf hole that appears to fold in on itself, cleverly condensing a complex and winding course into a relatively compact area. By experimenting with innovative uses of light and perspective, I’ve created a unique and captivating environment that invites players to navigate and interact with the space in new and unexpected ways.
Infunity Goggles are wearable infinity mirror goggles. These combine art, technology, and interactivity. The goggles have a minimal exterior design and a maximal interior design. The infinity mirror creates the impression of looking into a never-ending tunnel. The effect is identical on the inside and outside so that those watching can share in the same experience of the wearer.
The goggles also feature a dynamic LED lighting system that synchronizes with music, creating a surreal and captivating visual display. This audio-reactive technology allows the LEDs to change color and pattern in harmony with the rhythm and beat of the music. The result is a highly immersive and interactive experience that enhances the listener’s connection to the music. By integrating visual and auditory elements, the goggles create a new dimension of musical appreciation, making them an attractive accessory for concerts, festivals, and other live music events.
